Art Show

I just put a bunch of pictures on here so i could see which ones were the best. I chose to use these roses again and try to recreate the one i did with casey and it didnt work out. Although these pictures don't have the same lighting i still really like them and i think i edited them well. I always have trouble choosing what i want to shoot but i think that i have a good eye so things usually turn out good. Overall i like that way these pictures turned out. >

Ethnic Photoshoot

I was really confused about this project, i didnt know what to do. Instead of taking stereotypical pictures i just chose to take regular pictures of my friend who is mexican american. I dont know if anything comes through with this picture but thats okay. I just wanted to show an ethnic person in a regular setting. Overall i think it turned out okayyyy but it could have been way better.

Spring Break Pictures

For spring break we had to take pictures of our choice and turn them in when we got back. I chose to take pictures of nature, because i like flowers and the beach so much, i chose to take pictures of these things. The pictures aren't that good but i think that i edited them nicely. My favorite picture is the dark one of the beach because it looks kind of stormy. I had fun taking these pictures and overall, i think they turned out pretty okay. <3

Photoshop

I took this photo last year in photo 1-2. I edited it on photoshop and the picture on the top is the final picture. I decided to re-edit this picture to see if i could make it better because i have improved my skills with photoshop. The bottom picture is my final edit this year in photo 3-4. I am very happy with this picture and i had fun doing this because it showed me what i have learned. <3

Tear Sheet

This task was kind of hard because im not very good at picking colors and text that go with the picture. I also had a hard time arranging it but this project helped me get better. Overall, i really love how it turned out. <3

Fashion Photoshoot

This project was really fun because i didnt have to think of the set idea. It was easier for me because ms miles set up the shoot and that is the most difficult thing to do. I had some trouble thinking of what kind of shot i wanted but i usually come up with good shots. I like the way these pictures came out but i dont think i edited them that well. Overall i liked this photoshoot and i came up with some pretty good things. <3

Portfolio

These are my pictures for my portfolio. I took some extra so that i can pick from them. Im doing fashion photography which seems easy, but actually is not at all. I wanted to take pictures that were interesting and beautiful. I think that my pictures came out good, well some of them. I still have a lot of work to do but so far, its been prettyyyy okay.

Picture House

This project was really fun because i got to use my creativity and do basically whatever i wanted. For this project, we cut papers and put them together to look like a house, then we painted them and put pictures of "ugly" things in our home. I decided to cut up the pictures and arrange them in an interesting way so that my paper house wasnt boring. I used watercolors and acrylic paint, sharpie and twine. At first i had a hard time figuring out how i was going to do it but in the end i really like the way it turned out. I hope that i get to do something like this again, maybe a book or something.
